Chase Residential was established in 2016. Having worked for local independent Estate agents with a combined experience of 20 years, listening to landlords and tenants most common complaints, the vision was to set up an agency that offered tailor made services to its clients and strived to give an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants alike! Fast rental payments, marketing of properties to be expansive and unique compared to that of other agencies.
